We just found out that our Agency qualified for Inner Circle Elite- Allstate’s Highest Recognition but within qualifying for that we surpassed the maximum goal. I am so proud of my team- Ashley, Rebecca, Jamie, Erin and Steve especially as we have worked through a pandemic and created a new workspace normalcy. 2020 was the most difficult year we have ever faced and with so much increased stress and anxiety from Covid. We have put our customers first- so many of these customer...s are our family, friends, colleagues and our relationships are real and special. I was sitting on the floor Christmas morning answering calls and texts from clients with no power and their basements flooded- I took their calls because I care! I am reminded today how the work we do is so amazing, how we protect our clients and how much they need us when the uncertain time comes.
