Heather Coyle Testimoial (1) Marathon: When the 2012 NYC Marathon was cancelled, I thought that training with Steve would be a good way to stay motivated and conditioned until the Miami Marathon a few months later. Not only did I remain motivated, but also injury-free as I crossed the finish line in record time, shaving 7 minutes off my prior personal best. ... (2) Wedding: Training with Steve was invaluable as I prepared to walk down the aisle in September. He listened to my concerns and developed a custom training plan to address them. Steve is a competitor - he pushed me to train hard and kept bi-monthly measurements and goal tracking. It was challenging, but seeing the progress we made together was very motivating and exceeding my goals was incredibly rewarding.

Just received my results from the Spartan race on September 8, 2013. Out of 3500 people I placed 50th. Pretty damn proud for my first Spartan! Ready to do more who wants in?
