Happy Veterans Day! Today was a wonderful service day. For the past week my amazing Transfiguration church and school community collected over a 1000 pounds of can and dried food. Then today almost 40 "angels" came out to pack special family thanksgiving food bags and deliver over 1000 pounds of food. It went to the elderly, homeless and needy at Cabrini food pantry, NYC Rescue Mission and Transfiguration Church and School.
