Please note that going forward we are back to our previous protocols. You MUST come in either via appointment or walk in clinic for any/all prescriptions. Email requests for prescriptions/call backs/questions or concerns are no longer being accepted - these all require in person appointments with your physician. We have protocols put in place to manage the patient traffic to keep our office safe.

Please note the office will be closed Monday Sept 7th for Labor Day - we will return for regular hours Tuesday Sept 8th. Please also note that if you got an email regarding new enrolment forms this was in fact from us - We kindly ask that you complete and return them at your earliest convenience

Office Closure Notice: Please note that this Friday - July 17th 2020 the office will be closed after am walk in clinic. Please try to arrive by 8am if intending on using the clinic in the morning. Emails and Phones will not be monitored. Regular office hours will resume Monday July 20th.
