Sunday-Funday Fallball is here for adults!!! Every Sunday til the snow flies: Boys Varsity/College/Post Collegiate players 11-12:30pm... Girls Varsity/College/Post Collegiate players 12:30 to 2pm We're playing fields rules in a box. We have box goalie equipment. Tons of offense without all that silly running around!!!!

Tri-City Lacrosse and the Sports Performance Institute (SPI) are now offering athletic training for the lacrosse athlete at Rising Stars!! SPI is the official trainer for Utica College. They train both the women's and men's lacrosse teams. The program runs 10 weeks on Wednesday nights from 7-8pm starting November 9. It's for Boys and Girls 7th grade and up.... $80 for 10 weeks of training sessions. This is a fraction of the cost to join and get sports specific training sessions!!
