Welcome to The Cabin Enjoy your stay, whether you care to hang on the deck or a stroll in the forest, maybe simply relax in the cabin by the fire. An outside fi...re pit is always an option as well. The west facing deck will not disappoint a sunset enthusiast. While there are plenty of attractions close by, such as Hollerhorn Distillery and Hazlitt winery (the old Widmer) for the spirits enthusiast. There are also some seasonal attractions, such as The Bristol ski resort, and a maze of snowmobile trails. Surrounded by ten thousand acres of Hi Tor state land, hiking, hunting, wildlife watching and fishing tend to be on a visitors list. Dates to be booked quickly include, the first of April (trout season) and the last weekend of September (Naples grape festival). In addition, the cabin is only twenty five minutes from CMAC, the summer line up of concerts can be viewed on line. Please make yourself at home. The supplies in the cabin are for your use. Yesterday was Pennsylvania’s opening day the Youth Turkey season. A friend of mine captured this on his go pro. After his daughter shoot a great longbeard thin...gs did not go as planned during the recovery. This is not photo shopped. This photo is crazy comical. She is in fact running from the bird after it decided to wake back up after it was shot. In the end she did recover he turkey. The photo was too good not to Share. See more
