Scouts BSA Fairport Girls Troop 2019

I am so proud of our girls, and SM and ASM’s. This weekend they participated in a camporee style, skills-based competition called Tougher than a Scout at Camp Cutler. Individual patrols competed against one another. The T2019 -G Fairport Patrol took overall 2nd place and our flag gets to be adorned with its first ribbon. ... Those girls went in and they meant business!

Just to be clear: Camping in weather we’re expected to get today and tonight? Bring it on! Driving in it, however, we’re erring on the side of caution. Therefore tonight’s meeting has been cancelled. Better to stay home tonight and practice knots, reading a cherished book, or catching up on homework.... Stay safe!
