Have you asked someone how they are today? Have you asked them what they’ve been up to or how they are feeling? I think people have this misconception that in order to be strong, you have to do everything alone. That if you seek help, you’re weak. I’ve been stubborn in this way my entire life, and I always wanted to prove myself that I can do things alone without any help. But I think all of that is BS. We’re all interconnected. We exchange energy and mirror off of each other. We’re all healing, and sometimes a simple text or hello is all everyone needs.
