Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great Christmas/holiday! It has been nice taking time off and enjoying much needed time with my family. I’m back now and can’t wait to start classes again on Saturday! Of course they will continue to all be on zoom for the foreseeable future. I am also amping up my personal training and small group (2 ish) people training. If you or anyone you know is looking for some personalized and focused training send them my way! I wish you all a great 2021 and hopefully will be seeing you!
