Celebrating Easter and new life here at the TCR in many ways! Today we welcome the first bull calf this season and another heifer born this past Tuesday (Na-Da, as in not a bull). 7 more to go!

2021 calving season has begun at the TCR! ... and surprisingly a few days early... Meet "Free-Da". The first "red" one born up here on the hill. This adorable calf is out of the first calf heifer "Freckles" and the first sired on the hill from "Cor", our beautiful first Red Angus bull! ....wow, that's a lot of firsts!

Four new "temporary" additions to the herd and teaching someone very special how to tow a gooseneck trailer like a champ! "Super Truckin'"

TCR 2020 calving season is officially over with 4 bull's and 5 heifers! Meet Bonnie, daughter of Barbara and kid sister of Barbie... looking forward to having 10 calves in 2021!

2nd cutting is looking rather bleek as far as expected yield, but at least the Dingo knows how to pose, and that dog knows how to make everything seem better!

These guys have the right idea how to deal with the heat!

Some say I dissappear.... me, I'm just doing whatever it takes... swapping out one that broke down to another... this 'Ole 2010 still proves itself to be the most reliable tractor on this little farm! Thank's Pops! Happy father's Day!
