Principles for a wholesome existence

As a doula I get asked about this all the time. Even with a scheduled c-section there’s a place for added support to help navigate the hours before, during and after the birth. Then there’s always the realty of a vaginal birth having complication and a cesarean is needed. That can be a very scary thing in the moment.
