Dear Families, We have been having an unusually high rate of no shows the past few weeks. These are scheduled appointments that people don’t show up for. We are all out of the habit of having to be anywhere on a specific day or time these days we get it! But! As we get into the busier summer months and with the in-office Covid restrictions as go to how many people can be in the office at a given time etc., if you miss an appointment you may find it can’t be rebooked until several months out. Please write down your appointment day and time and keep track of it. You also should be getting a reminder call two days prior to your visit, check your voicemail! Thank you!
