2020 Leaves Clean Up project is officially completed !!!!! . The park looks amazing. Paul and Evan (with a special helper) always do a great job with making our campsite look the best it can be! Your accounts will be billed sometime before May 1st.
TO OUR CANADIAN SEASONAL GUESTS ...Just got word from someone in Chateauguay that they just received their Whaling/Teton welcome packet yesterday! So they are getting there. All new meaning to snail mail! TO ALL OUR SEASONAL GUESTS.... If you have not received your welcome packet, you can EMAIL me. Email me if you do encounter a problem, Appfolio may message me that you tried and couldn’t but if not I’d be more than happy to walk you through it using FB Messager (Jackie Labo...ssiere-Wnuk) or text (518-569-0659). Remember not to add a .com. Careful, your browser may automatically add it on. .management is the ending. Here are the steps to setting up your tenant portal account. Go to www.Teton.Management At top click tenant portal When log in screen pops up at very bottom of that window it will say request access to the portal. Click on that. Enter your first & last name Enter Phone number. (If I had a different one for you this is where you may run into difficulties) Enter Email address. Again if I didn’t have one to put into Appfolio you may encounter an issue here too. If you do try and it won’t let you please include your complete contact info complete poste address, email address(es) and cell phone number(s) AND landline if you have both in an email to me at jwnuk.Teton.management. They did set it up with both names on your account if that’s how I had it in my ledger books so each of you can set up your own log ins. Please let me know whose email & phone #s belong to who. Teton prefers paperless communications. You can make online Payments through the portal for a fee. You can mail checks directly to Whaling Properties. You can still mail them to me or make an appointment to stop by with payment but online is the new preferred method. Once you have access you can click on the blue dollar amount that is above account balance and this will show you you deposit and your balance. Leaves are finished but not billed out yet as technically campsite goes online May 1st for Appfolio. See more
Teton would like to take this opportunity to thank our country's veterans, both past and present, for your service. Let us never forget all the sacrifices our service men and women have to make so that we can live a better life.
For those of you who still have owe balances from 2020- electric, site, propane, wood, etc Please make your payments payable to Charles Labossiere. Payments made for 2021 season should be made payable to Whaling Properties.
Beautiful day to cut grass and clean up some leaves!
Can you guess how old this tree was? I wet it to enhance the rings.
Bet we can make you miss camp a little more than you already do. Check out this incredible aerial footage of camp!
Update: power is now off for the winter. If you want to use your camper and have a generator-you can! Power shut off request was sent in to NYSEG yesterday. 3-5 days and it will be off until spring. For those of you with your refrigerators still on please take notice!
Dear seasonal campers, Most of you should have received your welcome letters from Whaling Properties/Teton Management (may take a bit longer for our Canadian friends). I have been busy closing out this season’s books, and will be moving the office to my house for the winter soon. Please be patient as I learn Teton’s Appfolio program. I will be uploading your deposits and related information in the coming months. It will be a continuous work in progress for me & Teton personnel but I’m looking forward to the challenge! My goal is a smooth transition once May 2021 rolls around. Stay Safe. Wear your mask. Stay Well. Jackie WNUK
IT'S OFFICIAL. CHUCK HAS OFFICIALLY RETIRED. YES, WE HAVE NEW OWNERS TOO! HERE IS A NOTE FROM CHUCK AND CATHY. October 7, 2020 There comes a time in ones life when one has to say enough is enough and move on. My wife and I aren’t sure yet what that move on is going to be, but we are looking forward to it. As of 2:00pm today October 7, 2020, I have officially retired from Twin Ells. Many of you had heard the rumors throughout the summer. Unfortunately as part of the sales ag...reement, we were under a gag order and we were not permitted to speak about it until the closing occurred. We could not confirm or deny. We believe it was a NBT bank official that may have let the cat out of the bag. We can now confirm that yes, Twin Ells has indeed been sold. It was with a heavy heart that Jackie declined the offer to purchase. It was her choice to make. We believe that the new owners Whaling Properties (George Whaling) and Teton Management will be a great fit for our operation. They too are a family business. They have no intentions of changing our operation. Site fees will not increase. Jackie will be staying on as the Operations Manager, Paul will be Lead Maintenance Technician and Evan too will be remaining as a Maintenance Technician. We will try to make the switch as seamless as possible for all. If you have not already, you will be receiving your welcome letter from Teton Management. Whaling Properties and Teton Management, which are based out of Pittsfield, Massachusetts are diverse in the mobile home business around the country and has a very similar way of doing business as we do. It will be a great marriage. It will be their first venture into the Campground business. You may still see me on occasion as I have agreed to return for a bit to help complete some of the unfinished projects. Eventually, Cathy and I will just fade away and you will see less and less of us. George and I have similar business likes and dislikes and this is why we think this will be a great fit. I hope you all can give him a very warm welcome and big smiling face. He looks forward to meeting all of you. I am going to end this with a very big thank you to all who have made Twin Ells what it is today. My brother Dick, my daughter Jackie and my son in law Paul and Evan. Without the four of them we could not have achieved and reached the caliber of Park that it is today. Thank you also to all the hard working volunteers with special mention to Liz Tsonos for all the years of cooking and organizing of the food events, and all those who helped to make our activities both large and small a success over the last 40 years. Thank you to the thousands of customers that have stayed with us and enjoyed the Twin Ells camping experience. Great people make a great park. My eyes are starting to water and I am choking up, again thank you all for the great memories. Goodbye for now, Chuck and Cathy See more
