UB Culinary Club

Thanks to everyone who came to our Brookie Event today! We hope everyone enjoyed the baking and had fun!

First off, UB Culinary would like to give a HUGE thanks to Chef Neal and the UB Dining Staff at Statler Commissary. Allowing Culinary to use your kitchen and equipment was greatly appreciated! We're also very grateful for all of our dedicated Culinary members who showed up today. We wouldn't have been able to pull off this event without you! Additionally, we'd like to give an enormous round of applause to UB Improv. Working with you in order to pull off this wonderful event w...as great and the show was fantastic! Finally, we'd like to thank everyone who came to the show. We hope that everyone enjoyed the food and had a great time!

Much thanks to Indonesian SA for inviting UB Culinary to judge the Curry Clash! There was a lot of great curry from all of the clubs. We had a blast!

Thank you all for coming today! It was great meeting you all. I hope you all learned something that you can bring back to your own kitchens. Just a reminder, we do have an opening for our secretary position and if you'd like to fill that gap please let us know because we'd honestly love to have you. UB Culinary Club will be doing a crepe demonstration today in Student Union with Relay For Life. Feel free to stop by between 7:30 and 8:00 to say hi and make a crepe.

Hi everyone! I hope that the semester has been going well for you all. I know it has been a while since you last heard from us and I would like to apologize for that. We know that many of you have voiced concerns about the seminars not being as hands on as expected. With that being said, we may have found a solution. We will be collaborating with Campus Dining and Shops to have a seminar at Harriman Hall on South Campus in an actual kitchen space. With this space, everyone w...ill be able to have their own stove and kitchen tools to make the entire meal on their own. We will be making something that I believe to be an easy and versatile dish, Chicken/Eggplant Parmesan with Pasta! We will teach you how to make it step by step and we will provide all the ingredients and kitchen tools as usual. There will also be chefs from Campus Dining and Shops present to help you.
