One of the greatest lessons i ever learned from my Father (Sensei) was in order to lead you must first learn to follow, as cliché as that is. After 25 years of teaching i realize 2 things firstly damn im getting old. Secondly the seeds that are planted from young stick with you and shape the mindset for yourself and for generations to come. For that i will be forever greatful for the life lessons.
