We are excited to announce starting tomorrow we can now increase our class limit back to regular capacity! For everyone's safety we will still take temperature checks, Classes participants will be 6ft apart, windows will be opened, AC with approved filtration will be running, we will also still be disinfectanting the entire studio in between every class. As per CDC and NYS guidlines those that are fully vaccinated don't have to wear a mask while doing high intensity workouts.

Fun times at U4F today with Outdoor Zumba on this beautiful sunny day I'm glad we decided yesterday to set this up! Its was great dancing in person with all of you! For those who missed out on the email and post we hope to do this again as long as the weather is good.
