Today is 2-1-1 Day, and we’d like to shout out a big THANK YOU to operators at 2-1-1wny! During the past year, 211 operators fielded thousands of calls on a vast array of needs like food, housing, unemployment, and COVID 19 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
