Universal Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is an important safety net provider for our patients and rural community, with offices located in Olean, Cuba, Houghton, Salamanca, and Bradford. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, our office hours of operation may change. Please check our website or call our o...ffice for current updates. If one of our office sites should close for any reason during this pandemic, patients will still be able to contact someone in our office by calling 716-375-7500. Recommended infectious disease and COVID-19 screenings and protocols are instituted at our facilities. If you have an appointment, you will be screened via telephone or in person prior to your visit. In efforts to meet the needs of our patients during this State of Emergency, we may use Telehealth as an alternate to visits where care is considered medically appropriate. During these visits you may receive care via a telephone (telephone call only) or via Telehealth (audio and video) visit. Patients coming in for an appointment are currently not allowed to bring visitors with them into the clinic unless they are a caretaker with a dependent child or a caretaker with a dependent adult. Pediatric patients can be accompanied by only one parent/guardian. As we continue to care for our community of patients and limit community exposure, we appreciate our patients following the recommended CDC guidelines and our Universal Primary Care guidelines.
