This is for a client who, as the project progressed, was blown away with the outcome of everything on our checklist! We were happy to accept every additional project spontaneously added to to the workload. We were excited to hear we made your vision a reality! We look forward to helping with Phase 2: the outdoor kitchen/Tiki bar project that’s already being brainstormed. *One last thank you> to Luis for his continued service for our country being active military. *... ***The project details*** We manipulated pavers to meet the grade of existing blacktop for the front walkway, and manipulated blacktop to the necessary grades for the oversized walkway that leads out back! New PVC boards under every door we worked past means no more painting old wooden kick plates annually. We creatively used Cambridge’s coal color caps on the firepit and 4’ tall pillars to compliment the small amount of darker pavers used around the patio. We chose to use the natural/onyx caps on all the stairs, around the raised patio as well as the retaining walls which allowed the 6x9 boarder we laid really stand out! This job motivated our client to drop the old fences, trim major tree limbs, add decorative statues and precast benches, give the front entryway a facelift with fresh red paint and hydro seed his whole lot. The grass is growing like crazy now and the property looks amazing. A last minute decision to add some boulderscape to the project nicely broke up the lawn/mulch line around the tree we saved from constant washout. By having our retaining wall run a 14’ radius around the low side of the tree, we were able to cover all the exposed roots with an ample amount soil. The gutter system that was washing out the embankment was piped into a dry well to ensure no further issues. This whole job was then lit up by solar lighting that we helped mount to the pillars. Our client continued the solar lighting choice along his new walkway out front and in his existing raised planter beds. As a big THANK YOU to Luis and Denise for all the cookouts and hospitality they continuously showed us, we surprised them with the releveling and extension of his existing raised beds around the side of their home to meet the chimney.

Another stoop to add to the collection! A Short walkway to the road, an updated ‘no maintenance’ kick plate under the door, and also created them nice planter bed for their homes curb appeal! We went back after the weekend and spread fresh topsoil and fixed the grade of their yard to meet the higher walkway we built. We predict they will have no more issues with their new walkway holding water.

An old friend contacted me about updating their garden beds, widening their walkway, and disposing of all the old deteriorated block. We went with a two-tone scheme again, and the homeowners loved the outcome. Once their newly laid blacktop walkway gets its first seal coating, the end result will be just as we imagined. We look forward to their next project in their backyard. Repeat business is always appreciated.
