Small update ! Body line cut. New core in by gas fill. We’re able to utilize the existing hatches for perfect stencil for lip cutout. It’s all downhill from here !

Updates on rear of the boat! We’re over the hump 1Fractured bulkhead out and bonded in with original carbon foam panel. Big thanks to skater for the panel! 2Various deck / filler cracking cleared up. 3 Small deck rot. Vacuum bagged core and epoxy layup.

Crack in the tunnel lead to minor rot. Little cut action and the new core is vacuum bagged locked in!

Small update! Deck is tabbed back onto the bulkhead. Tabbing was popped off the deck with small bulk head crack. Core scarfed back to brace the seam over the bulkhead. Deck goes on this week!

BEFORE - DURING - AFTER on an undisclosed big power cat we fixed up this spring. Sometimes a not a big deal, it’s not getting worse, turns into way worse, real quick Fractured core left a crack fully through to the inside. One bad wave could have blown out the tunnel. Vacuum bag locked core. Crack cleaned out, glassed from the inside. Boat is Vinyl Ester built, repaired with Vinyl Ester. As always, even major repairs like this come with our INDUSTRY LEADING 10 YEAR full warranty!
