PATIENT PRE-SCREENING You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire containing information about COVID-19 symptoms. (We request that if you have experienced any symptoms in the last 14 days, to not book appointments). FACE MASK/ COVERINGS We request for all patients to wear face masks or coverings unless you are exempt at all times until seen by your dentist....
