We are so proud of sisters Sylvia Conte and Rosie LCash for attending the world’s largest conference for Women in Engineering and Technology in California this past weekend. Here’s what Sylvia had to say: Personally it was one of the most surreal moments of my life because I was able to stand among thousands of women who are trying to break gender stereotypes and pursue careers in STEM. It was particularly special because I got to share the experience with my mom, who inspires and supports me to pursue an engineering degree You both are an inspiration to all of the women in our chapter and we can’t wait to see all of the amazing things you are going to accomplish in the future #RochesterAlphaPhi #Steminist

Alpha Phi isn’t four years, it’s for life Being in Alpha Phi is being a part of something bigger than yourself. The memories we make together last a lifetime We couldn't have been more honored or excited to host some of our charter members, alumnae sisters of the class of 2014, and more for brunch over Meliora weekend. We loved reminiscing, looking at old scrapbooks, and laughing about how time may pass but nothing really changes here in our Chapter. It's so cool to be connected through the traditions and values we've passed down over the years
