This is how we feel about turning 2 this weekend The past 2 years have been a roller coaster ride for us. Running a small business is challenging enough, but running a business during a pandemic really tops it all! We are so grateful for our two and four legged customers! Over the past couple of weeks, it’s brought us a lot of joy to serve our locals once again. We are so grateful for the generosity our community has shown us in this time. It was a valuable and an emotional moment at Battery Park today. Listening to @gretathunberg, a 16 year old teenager, speaking to a crowd of thousands of young people who marched and held their signs high to let their voices be heard. There will be no future for our future generation if we do not take action and responsibility to protect our planet. As a business, we constantly ask ourself how can we minimize our carbon footprint and make changes to how we run our coffee shop. We are not perfect, but we are learning everyday and we do our best little by little because we believe that If many little people in many little places do many little things, they can change the face of the earth.
