DOGS ARE BACK! Covid 19 had put a pause on our roller grill but we are back! Right in time for @treyanastasio @spacsaratoga !!! Couple new EQs in this week. Half Full 8% Half Full pours a bright vivid yellow with an extremely pungent juice forward nose. The first sip is intoxicating with bright flavors of passion fruit, tangerine, pineapple and coconut flakes spritzed with fresh squeezed lime juice. After the explosion of the tropical fruit like characteristics, the creamy popsicle like finish coats the palate and our #EQjuice finish completes your sip. Luckily with your glass Half Full you can go in for another sip.

Some new pick ups this week from our friends down in Middletown, NY. @eqbrewery 18 Decillion @eqbrewery x @omnipollo 8.5% DIPA- We started off with a big base of oats and wheat before a LUPOMAX Idaho7 whirlpool and a tremendous Strata and Galaxy dry hop. 18 Decillion pours murky yellow with aromas of grove stand OJ being enjoyed in a forest made of Starburst (please add to your bucket list if you haven’t experienced this). 18 Decillion has flavors that will have you seeing v...ibrant colors. Tropical melon, orange gummy slices, big papaya, and passion fruit notes with a creamy mango sorbet element lead into a buildup of luscious rainbow melon #EQjuice. While being soft and creamy, this beer has explosive flavors across a broad spectrum and exhibits our version of an artists color palette by way of hops. Dhop 2 8.5% DIPA- dHop2 is a DIPA that investigates the interplay between our ale strain and an intensive Mosaic and Citra forward hop bill woven four times into its creative process. It pours a very murky tangerine color, releasing notes of orange juice (with pulp) and earthy grass. The taste is highly resinous, dank-citrus, pine juice, with a chewy mouth feel and a firm and pointed bitterness. OHM 10% TIPA- Ohm’s Law is the basic law of electricity. An Ohm (represented in schematics with the greek letter "") defines the unit of resistance between two points in a conductor. The application of 1 volt will push 1 ampere resulting in movement of an electric charge. For the next installment in our series that explores all things electrical; we used Citra, Belma, and Galaxy with a heavy wheat and oat base. Ohm pours electric yellow with bright notes of papaya, passionfruit, lychee, assorted citrus, peach skins, and lime green Sixlets candy. The finish is bright with a creamy mouthfeel and a beautiful pop of #EQjuice. The 10% ABV is well hidden making it easy to overload your circuits with too many sips.
