Without getting into any legal details we want to make an update. Our food stand is able to use the space in front of *specific home improvement store* through a 3rd party vendor. So we communicate with *3rd party vendor* and they communicate with *specific home improvement store*. *3rd party vendor* tells us that reopening is up to each specific store location.... but our *specific home improvement store* has not responded to us at all. We are in limbo, but to restate... we will let everybody know when things get back to normal. We hope you keep faith that you'll be able to taste a delicious Rocky's sandwich soon enough.

103 days later, into the opening phases... and we are still barred from opening. We WANT to open. We miss those delicious smells. We will update you all immediately when we hear some good news. Stay Healthy, and Stay Hungry
