Hello Community, We are starting a lot of seeds and plants in our space to be ready to sell by the end of April at 2nd Street Farm. & WE ARE EXCITED TO SELL YOU ~A PAY WHAT YOU CAN~ PRICE TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO ALL. (SLIDING SCALE)... I'm curious to hear about your availability to soil, garden space, compost drop off..local biologic developmental growth? FEELING SUSTAINABLE WITH YOUR PLANT STOCK BEHIND YOU & APPLYING IT TO YOUR DAILY LIFE. ~What space you have to grow your own food? ~Do you not have space but want space? ~Would you rent garden space-greenhouse space? ~Are you interested in container gardening if you have little to no space? example: A.) a south facing balcony. a small patch of grass. a window. -if you make herbs readily available that could mean less trips to the grocery store for those basic flavors and POWERFUL OG medicine Do you ever need a supply of compost? -red wigglers -compost tea -soil amendments: black gold,wood chips,seed starting mix,peat moss,vermiculite,pearlite Even though large groups are not allowed in NY right now...would you watch a video on gardening specific to your local area-(climate/weather) or attend a garden education class from a safe distance at our site at 123 Adams St./ a personal garden education class? Do LIVE classes make sense? Do you have a local compost drop off site now that the farmers market is (to my knowledge) not taking compost? AGAIN..we are the most central located URBAN FARM in Troy NY. AND YES!!! we do have the capabilities of taking a bunch. Does a delivery cargo bike that I use to deliver services locally make you more likely to choose us over the neighboring business? ~delivery by bike for businesses to call and employ?
