Tuna Casserole Ingredients: 6 eggs ... 1/2 cup of sour cream 1.5 teaspoons of cup milk 1 Van Ecuador tuna can 2 onions 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 red bell pepper salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your pan with cooking spray. 2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, sour cream, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until combine. 3. Add the tuna, bell peppers, and onion with the eggs and stir everything. 4. Pour mixture into your pan and bake for 35-50 minutes (until de edges are set and the center is just barely jiggly) 5. Enjoy!
