Spritzes are meant to be enjoyed year round, here is a great recipe for a refreshing version by the bartenders at @campiellonaples Campiello Spritz 1 ounces @grappamontanaro 6 p.m. liqueur 1 ounces #Montanaro Rosso Vermouth de Torino... 3 ounces prosecco 1 Castelvetrano olive 1 orange swath or slice Add Montanaro 6 p.m. liqueur, sweet vermouth and prosecco to an empty wine glass. Add one scoop of ice so the glass is about three quarters full and stir briefly with a bar spoon to combine all ingredients. Garnish with a twisted orange swath and Castelvetrano olive on top of the ice. Cheers!
