Verjooz

I'm going to make this tonight! Verjooz-caper sauce over shrimp and zucchini noodles. Time to think about those summer bathing suits! LOL!

It's finally Spring! And Verjooz has the right flavor, balance, and ZING to go with so many fresh spring ingredients. Just replace the acid (lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, etc.) in any recipe with the original "Lime of the Vine" Verjooz!

It's that time of year for one of my absolute favorite Verjooz recipes: Christmas Verjooz Ceviche! All you have to do is think red and green and build your very own version of this tasty appetizer. Raw shrimp and/or scallops - chopped into smaller pieces Verjooz Sea Salt to taste... Red and/or green peppers - chopped red onion - minced jalapeno - minced parsley or cilantro garlic - minced Place all ingredients in a non-metallic bowl with Verjooz to cover and refrigerate for one hour and up to two hours, stirring periodically. Add diced tomato and avocado if desired to pump up the Christmassy factor! Serve with tortilla scoops and Enjoy! See more
