Organizational and Regular Meeting Notice December 7th 6:00 p.m. Via Zoom Teleconference Due to COVID-19 Announcement: Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, the Village of West Carthage Board of Trustees will not be meeting in person. In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 202.1, the December 7th meeting at 6:00 p.m. of the West Carthage Board of Trustees will be held via Zoom teleconference. The public will have an opportunity to hea...r the meetings live, provide comments, and a transcript of the meetings will be provided at a later date on the Village of West Carthage website. The public can listen to the meetings and comment by calling (929) 205-6099 Meeting ID: 843 2062 0043. Comments regarding the West Carthage Board of Trustees meeting can also be provided via email before the meeting to Deborah Pierce, Clerk at [email protected]. On December 7, 2020, at 5:55 p.m., log in with your telephone and you will be placed on hold until the meetings start. Due to the increase in COVID-19 infections, the Board of Trustees has closed the clerk's office to the public. If you need to contact the office, please call 315-493-2552, option 1 and leave a message. Someone will contact you as soon as possible. If you need to drop off a payment or application, please use the drop box at the front of the building. Thank you.

The Village Clerk's office will be closed Monday due to unforeseen circumstances. We will be open Tuesday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
