Vincent Service Station (Towing & Recovery) and Vincent Garage (Truck & Auto Repair) are still open during this pandemic. HOWEVER; that being said, I would lik...e to stress how serious we are taking the Coronavirus Outbreak. As much as we would love to say: Come on down! We’re still open!, it is crucial that we all remember that we are all at a very high risk of spreading this terrible virus. As much as it may hurt business, we strongly recommend that you only come in for services if they are necessary. We all have friends and family that are being forced to stay home, lets not make that all a giant waste of time and money. Your actions within the next few weeks will dictate the trajectory of the next few years. We happen to like our customers, enough to say please stay safe even if that means doing without an oil change this week. Basic maintenance can wait. If you have any questions as to just how long they can wait or whether your vehicle’s issue should be prioritized please contact us. On the other side of the sword, much commercial work is still necessary to continue in which our staff is ready to serve. Again we cannot stress enough how serious we take this pandemic so it goes without saying how cleaning and disinfecting is an ongoing task all day, everyday. We have staff here solely to keep our working environment safe for both our staff and our customers. The New York State Thruway Authority as well as our many other Police and Municipality partners have been outstanding with providing guidelines to keep everybody as safe as possible. We will not be the reason the virus spreads. We’re here to slow the spread along with our community. We love our followers, please contact us if we can do anything at all.
