HELLO WINE LOVERS! Hard to believe but Thanksgiving is tomorrow! Wine as always it’s a important part of that special dinner. Everything what is happening this year is so different than usually and many of us probably changed plans and made menu adjustments. That’s why my choice of thanksgiving wine is old French classic Gamay because whatever you are cooking for dinner this wine will got you covered. The fruity character of this grape low tannins and nice touch of crispy aci...dity makes great pairing for many cuisines and dishes. Gamay is so versatile that you can serve it with charcuterie board, seared tuna, broiled or grilled salmon, all kind of roasted poultry, rabbit, veal and leaner cuts of beef. HELLO WINE LOVERS! I’m so happy to tell you that this vintage is absolutely fantastic. It was very dry and warm vintage so wine is concentrated but also very fresh because of early harvest. Juicy and crispy with black and sour cherry flavor. Tarty and cranberry like finish with tiny touches of dust and earth is balanced with fruity notes in the middle palate. One more benefit of early harvest is that wine did have more time to develop in the tanks so it is very well structured. Overall great nouveau!!! Will go excellent with bunch of friends .. And of course turkey ! It’s a must for Thanksgiving dinner! Cheers!
