This highly distinctive whiskey was distilled in 1951 and aged in sherry casks for 36 years. Boasting an impressive display of flavor profiles, rich with notes of soft honey, tropical fruit, ripe greengages, clean barley and oats. It’s about as complex and beguiling as Irish whiskey gets. No problem, here is a little Champagne Tip from us: After safely removing the cork, lift the bottle and slowly pour the champagne down the side of the glass. With your glass at a 45-degree angle, carefully tip the champagne bottle and begin pouring. Make sure you aim the liquid so that it touches the side of the glass as it pours out. These anchovies, also known as Boquerones, are known for their delicate, silky texture and mildly salty taste. Bubbly Season Greetings! Before email there was AIRMAIL... The first instance of the AIRMAIL cocktail was documented in Esquire magazine’s 1949 edition of Handbook for Hosts.
