Viva Cryo is 100% in accordance with NY State's Executive Orders (listed on the website) so prior to anyone being admitted into our facility, mandatory temperature must be taken on the ...forehead for the most accurate temperature, as well as making sure every staff member and client is wearing a mask, gloves and shoe coverings during every session. Additionally our staff spends an accumulated two hours plus daily fully sanitizing and cleaning between and after every client to keep things as safe as possible. For any questions or concerns about the current protocol, please feel free to reach out to us directly. We can’t and will not compromise the health and safety of our clients and staff.
