We’ve had many questions about our new & very popular Ladder Flow. So here you go (hint it’s a whole new type of power ) Ladder Flow is a Powerful Progressive practice. This yoga style builds functional strength, mobility, and flexibility all while increasing stamina. Classes are fluid and vigorous, with an emphasis on accessible and creative movement patterns. Intermediate Level (some prior yoga experience recommended).
