Good Morning everyone, the Village is working in the road along East Street and Webster paving is scheduled to come do some work to the Church's parking lot. We are still here, you will need to park along North Street and walk around to our entrance.

Effective tomorrow the food bank will resume its regular hours (11-1). Also effective June 1st we will be reinstating the 30 day rule. All times that you utilized the food bank in the past few months are not counted toward your eligibility, so when you come in June your 30 days will start from there. We will continue to hand out pre-packed bags until further notice.

Hello everyone! The Food Bank received a donation of milk, 1/2 gallons of whole milk. It will be available tomorrow 10:30-1:30 while supplies last.

Good morning everyone, the food bank is not open today but we are here for a few hours doing some things and still have tons of produce (mostly spinach and mixed greens). If you would like to stop down please do so before noon today.

Good Morning everyone, the food bank just received a large donation of milk and various lettuces and produce. We are here until 130, even if you're not in need of food come get some milk and produce.

The Walton Food Bank will be operating under the same guidelines as last week. Please remember that if you are feeling ill in anyway to stay home and call us for a delivery. Our number is 222-0105, when leaving a message please leave your name and a contact number so we can get back to you as soon as possible. Also, please remember that although yes we have lifted the 30 day guideline that we are still an emergency based food bank trying to help as many people who are in n...eed as possible with limited resources. The Food Bank will be open this Tuesday, March 24th. For your safety and ours we are following the guidance of the Regional Food Bank and we will be doing distribution a little differently and breaking up the times by last name. Please reference the schedule below: *Seniors 10 a.m.-10:30 a.m. *A-I 10:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. *J-R 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.... *S-Z 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. We are asking that when you come to your distribution time that you please limit the number of people you bring with you as this will help keep things running smoothly and keep our social distance guidelines easier to follow. We ask that if you are feeling ill in anyway that you please do not come to the Food Bank. You can give us a call at 607-222-0105 and we can set up an alternate distribution method. At this time we will also be adhering to the Regional Food Banks guidelines and we will be giving out pre-packed bags instead of the choice based system we usually use. If you have any dietary restrictions we will do our best accommodate them. We will also be continuing to wave the 30 day waiting period so if you are in need of more food please come during the above allocated time. We are asking that you following the social distance recommendations, as per the Regional Food Banks suggestion we will be asking everyone to line up outside and we will be marking the ramp with designated spots for you to wait. We are also asking that when exiting that you use the stairs to eliminate the passing of folks waiting on the ramp. Again, if you are in an emergency at any time please feel free to call the number above and we will do our best to help you. We know that this is a very trying time for all of us and we are doing everything we can to help and support our community. Everyone, please stay safe and healthy.

We will also throughout the week (and for as long as needed) be accessing the needs of out community and adding extra distribution times if we feel it is necessary. From 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. we will be parked at The Big M in Walton and at Fresh Town in Margaretville, stuffing our agency vehicles to the brim with food donations that will go directly to the Margaretville and Walton food pantries.
