A beautiful fall morning at the Warren County Fish Hatchery. The colors are great, the fall smell, frosty mornings and fall fish stocking! We are getting some fish out for those of you who would like to pursue some fall angling. Have fun and enjoy the awesome fall weather!

Some of you may have heard a helicopter around today. Our fall stocking season is ramping up! The temps are dropping, leaves changing. Such a great time of year in the Adirondacks!

We have recently received many requests for pavilion rentals. We are currently NOT renting pavilions to parties due to the threat of Covid -19 transmission. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hello Friends. Here is the updated stocking report. We were able to get a fair number of fish out this week. Streams are finally rising out of the 30's. Ponds and lakes tend to be warming quicker due to the cooler nights we are still having. I have seen some pictures of beautiful fish and wonderful memories coming through. Great job everyone. Stay safe and have fun! Reminder... With this rain waters will be rising and very swift! Be careful.

Fish stocking season is supposed to be all about flowering trees, insects getting active and warming waters. Not this!!! Well played mother nature, well played! Kick us while we are already down!!

Here is the updated stocking report. We were able to get some fish out this week. Not nearly as many as we had hoped. The waters are still very cold due to this "Spring" we are having. I anticipate waters will warm slightly next week! Have fun and be safe!
