We are seeking Residential and Commercial Irrigation Foreman, Service Technician & Crew * Tolerance of any and all weather conditions- heat, cold, rain and snow * Crew Member: ... No experience necessary: digging holes, laying out pvc pipe, installing sprinkler heads, valves, etc... * Service Technician: Knowledge of irrigation control systems & components, repairing wiring issues-Plumbing repairs such as leaks, DCV/PVB replacements Ability to service and troubleshoot all major brands of irrigation equipment Monitor and adjust lawn rotaries, sprays, and drip irrigation for plant material Inspect pipe, fittings, and valve operation and placement, perform basic maintenance when needed Adjust water levels to ensure appropriate water requirements of lawn areas and ornamental plants are met and ensure efficient water usage Complete all service calls in a timely fashion. Proficient in industry-specific applications, and mobile technology * Foreman: Hands-on management of the crew members. Responsible for the overall site safety, quality and craftsmanship, and project completion in accordance with the project plan, timeline and budget. This position requires you to be a working foreman and manage crew members. * Proficient with irrigation machinery. Communicating to owner when issues may arise. Making sure materials and supplies have been procured in advance of project start. Accountability for the cleanliness and order of the site, truck, trailer, and equipment. * Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the irrigation industry both commercial and residential including supervision of small teams.
