It has been a great first week back and I am so thrilled that you all are loving the new shop as much as I do! I have been having technical difficulties with both internet and phone service at my new shop. Due to this, I can only accept cash payments until the issue is resolved. Good morning! I am re-opening in my new location at 2535 Gowanda Zoar Rd today! I have a new telephone number as well: (716)532-3214. We still have a few kinks ...to iron out so please bear with me for the next couple of weeks. I will be getting my online booking back up and running today as well. The most important thing I want to let everyone know is that my shop is not yet marked with a Wax Studio sign. When you get to my address, you will need to pull in as if you are going to Gowanda Harley (shared driveway). There are 2 parking spaces located on the left under the trees that work best for my customers as they are closest to my entrance. The Wax Studio is in the house located on the right after you pull in. The walkway is gated and will be open. Customers may enter through the front (road facing) door of the house. It took only 3 hours to dismantle and relocate what it took 3 years to build! If feels like just yesterday we were in The Wax Studio putting it all together and filled with anxiety about if it would be a success or a flop. Thank you to my family and friends who have helped me then and now with all of the details and hard work that went into starting a business and now relocating it! And the biggest THANK YOU to all of my beloved customers who have stood by me and given me friendship and support through the beginning days, a pregnancy, covid, and now a business relocation!! I am feeling so grateful to be where I am in life and I am so excited for new beginnings at my new Wax Studio location!

Good morning everyone! I just wanted to give you a quick update. I am not yet taking appointments for September and beyond. I will be focusing on moving to my new shop location and getting set up and situated starting September 1st. I do not expect this process to take more than a couple of weeks. I know it appears that I am all booked up until January but I am not. As soon as I am ready to take appointments in my new shop home, I will reopen booking and let everyone know. Thank you for your support and understanding! I am so excited for this new chapter!! :)

The Wax Studio is MOVING!! I am looking forward to relocating my business this September to 2535 Gowanda Zoar Rd, located directly in front of Gowanda Harley Davidson. This is less than 3 miles from my current location. My schedule is almost all booked up for the rest of August. If you have an August appointment, please come to my current location. I am not yet taking appointments for September as I would like to get moved in, set up, and situated in my new space. As soon as I am ready, I will let everyone know and I will also keep everyone posted as details come up!!

Good morning!! The Wax Studio is back in business! I'd like to inform everyone of my new "no show" policy. I will now be adding a no show fee to any future appointments booked by a "no show" client. Please let me know in advance if you cannot make it to an appointment to avoid having to pay extra next time. Thank you and I look forward to seeing everyone!

Hi everyone! The Wax Studio will be re-opening Monday June 29th. I will re-open online booking closer to that date. Please bear with me as I will be very busy in the coming week and may take longer to return messages/calls. Thank you all for your understanding and support through this all, especially with the phase 2 opening mix up . I look forward to seeing everyone again and catching up!

To my customers: ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS ARE CANCELED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. I learned today that my business is not in phase 2 as previously thought. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and I appreciate your continued support. At this time, I cannot say when I will reopen given the strict regulations and government overreach NYS is imposing on small businesses as well as private citizens. I strongly recommend that everyone choose to support the small busines...ses in our community that are open rather than big box stores if you wish to see them survive. Thank you. See more

Hello all . I noticed some of you are being proactive and booking future appointments (thank you). I did leave my booking open for that specific purpose so that when I do open, people already have their spots. I just want to update everyone that for now, I am remaining closed to the public. I will keep everyone posted as far as reopening goes. I miss you all.

I am sad to report that The Wax Studio will be closing tomorrow 3/21 at 3pm until further notice. This is not by my choice but due to the NYS executive order forcing all salons to close their doors. My heart goes out to all of the businesses being forced to close thier doors overnight and everyone out of a job. If you have an appointment today or tomorrow, I will still be here. Thank you all for being such amazing friends and customers!
