Enjoying yesterday's class. Working our way back to form slowly after our Christmas and new years vacations. Since we can't do techniques, we use the staff as i...f it was the attackers arm to keep our distance and following the covid guidelines. I'm also trying to get back to posting up on Facebook and Instagram. I haven't posted anything since my student passed in October. Been feeling disconnected cause I love training and talking with people face to face. Sometimes all this video this and live that, is not the same. I know I have to work on that. With a heavy heart, I’m here to inform you of the passing of my friend, my guided, my student in the arts, Sensei Mark Manning. He transitioned yesterday morning from his fight with cancer. And so everyone can know he didn’t lose the fight cause he continued to fight. However when you have GOD as your corner coach, he will never let you suffer more than what you can endure. I know the Lord through in the towel to end your suffering. I know your in a better place watching ove...r us. I feel empty, and unbalance, but I know you’ll be there to guided me with GOD on my side. Your life was a blessing to everyone you met, especially to me. I will never forget you, and everyone else that I’ve lost during my life on this earth. I will always love you my brother I silently bow to you my friend and meditate on our conversation.
