What is better than one adoption? Well two of course! Two very lucky ranchers, Penny the Pig and Hank the Hound, have officially been adopted! Even better, they went to the same forever home, and now share it with pig alumni Mugsy, Urban, and Delilah. Thanks right, Hank the Hound is now living with four pigs and absolutely loving his new home! He is grateful for the peace and quiet, and appreciates his new mom and dad so much. Penny on the other hand is a bit peeved it took this long to make it official.you see, this amazing family were also her foster parents! This handsome boy is Argos and he is our featured rancher of this week! That means that every day this week we will be posting a bit more about him. Hopefully he will catch the eye of someone able to adopt or foster him! He is a sweet senior boy and so deserves that happy ending. As you see his posts, please SHARE you never know if one of your friends may see the post and be able to help! Argos came to us from the @nycacc at 13 years old after the only owner he’d known was... diagnosed with cancer and could no longer care for him. He was lost and confused to be in such a busy city shelter and we offered to pull him to give him a calmer environment to decompress in as he waits for his forever home. Argos is an absolute mush! He is dog friendly, kid friendly, and housebroken. He is best in a home without cats or farm animals since this old man still thinks it would be fun to chase them. He is incredibly well behaved on leash and in the home, and while he gives the sweetest kisses, he can also be very independent. Truly, he’s pretty perfect. Argos is in need of a foster or forever home to take him in. He is doing well with us but deserves a foster or forever family where he can get more than a few hours of attention each day. He is an incredible dog and asks nothing of you but to love him. No senior dog deserves to be in rescue. They deserve a true home. Please share and help us find that for Argos
