Hey everyone, it's our last week at the shop. From Tuesday night to Thursday night we will be open 4-7. Come on down and say hey, and get in on some great deals on our remaining stock. Board Games are 40% off. Magic stuff priced to move (come in and see, first-come-first-served). Thank you to everyone who made Cloud Giant the place it was meant to be!

This was not an easy decision to make, but Cloud Giant will be closing its physical doors at the end of July. The COVID-19 pandemic is far from over, and it has limited our ability to hold events--the lifeblood of the shop, and Wizards of the Coast has suspended organized play until at least September. Our community's economic situations have changed as well, with some people out of work or with limited hours. All of this makes having a physical location unfeasible and untena...ble. But don't fret! We will still exist. When social gatherings are again possible, we will be holding Magic leagues, prereleases and other events like RPG Night at places like libraries, and we will still be a local, human source for things like new Magic releases. It has been all of you crazy people that have allowed Cloud Giant to become exactly what I hoped it would, and it will be all of you crazy people that will help it adapt and change into something new. This Just In! We're going to hold a 16-player-maximum Prerelease event for Core 2021 this Friday at 7pm, as a trial for doing events. All entries MUST be prepaid, and a message sent to us requesting a seat to the event Those that have already purchased kits online have priority to enter. $25 entry. Pack-per-win prize support, +2 for undefeated.... Masks are required. Games will be at least 6 feet apart. If you are feeling sick, or if you aren't comfortable with social engagements yet, please do not enter. Bring your own basic lands. If this can go comfortably, we may schedule another prerelease as well as other events.

Just a heads up about Mystery Boosters: they don't have to be pre-ordered. You can come in tonight during pickup (4-6pm) and buy packs and full boxes while supplies last. Loose packs of Ikoria are also available. C'mon down!

The Love-Your-Local-Game-Store event: Cloud Giant is still on lockdown, so organized play is still postponed, but this Friday we will be open from 4-6 for some (socially distanced) socializing. Come on down and hang for a while and catch up with friends and take advantage of some in-person sales. New Promos! The "Love-Your-Local-Game-Store" promo is a Reliquary Tower, and you can get it when buying any sealed product (excluding single booster packs).... The "Buy-Any-Box" promo is Mechagodzilla (Hangarback Walker), and you can get it by purchasing any full booster box (Ikoria, Theros Beyond Death, Eldraine, War of the Spark, Mystery). Mystery Boosters are in stock. Single packs and boxes are available. Order at the online shop, link below! Core 2021 is coming! Prerelease is 6/26. Preorders for Prerelease kits and booster boxes are open at the online shop. Note that any Core 2021 stuff will not be available until 6/26. Disregard messages saying you can get it sooner. Booster box purchases must be made in advance on the online store by Wednesday if you'd like them for this Friday.
