Danny’s Favorite Jasper Tomatoes are packed with big, rich flavor for the perfect bite-sized snack. The seeds for these juicy tomatoes were sown in the high tunnels on our farm in April and have been transplanted to our orchard field to blossom and grow. Today we commemorate Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day. On June 19th, 1865, enslaved African Americans across Texas learned the Civil War had ended and they were free, two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. Juneteenth is a day of reverence, honoring and celebrating the history and culture of Black Americans. We recognize the resilience and fortitude shown by generations of Black Americans throughout history. Celebrate Juneteenth!
