Shamrock Paving is looking for an part/full time office assistant to assist with day to day operations of a construction office. Qualified candidates must have 1 year of QuickBooks experience, prior construction experience a plus. Must be a self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills and customer service skills.Excellent communication skills required. Duties include but are not limited to:... Answering phones and taking accurate messages in a professional manner. Scheduling estimates, jobs, and appropriate surveys and stake-outs and maintain an organized job calender. Make follow up phone calls to customers regarding job status. Accurately record and report necessary trucking information in accordance with state and local regulations. Preparing and tracking invoices in QuickBooks and customer billing systems. Designing and implementing forms for office use. Organizing and maintaining filing in an organized and accessible manner to include all updated job information. Drafting and proofreading correspondence and other materials as requested.
