WG District Council Presents Community Readers The West Genesee PTA/PTO District Council invites students, staff, and families to celebrate PARP with recorded readings from some of our local authors and dignitaries. PARP or "Pick A Reading Partner" is a program designed to encourage literacy. We encourage you to take 20 minutes during your day to read with a student. A Special Stonehedge Pumpkinhedge Post Principal Simmons shared the following message and pictures on her blog from Pumpkinhedge. Thank you to all of the students, volunteers, staff members and families who made the 2020 Pumpkinhedge a huge success. We had hundreds of creative pumpkins and luminaries decorated along the path. We had cars lined up as far as the eye could see. There was music and laughter, decoratations, costumes, snacks and candy. It was such a joy to be a part of.
