Prior to pregnancy, @shaykostabi loved to move her body. In fact, she was a fitness professional. But as her baby was growing, she started to experience some low back and hip pain that was making it more and more challenging to do even the simple activities that she loved. She also worried about how her body would be able to handle childbirth with so much discomfort. Shay was able to connect with one of our therapists @janellebrennangibbs.
