To all guitar enthusiasts, Wishing you all peace and good health as we enter the holiday season. I’m contacting you all because you’ve participated in some guitar related event with me at some time in the past. I hope you and your loved ones are in good health and able to spend some quality time together over the holidays. With performing opportunities becoming scarce during the Covid shutdown I’m turning my attention more and more to teaching. I’ll be doing online group ...lessons/meetings on the Zoom platform and I’d like to invite you to be part of them. I’ll be focusing on beginner/intermediate level playing for now and put the focus on songs you might play for your kids, or grandchildren , or play around the fireplace as we stay indoors for much of these winter months coming up. -The good news is our first one is FREE! This Saturday December 12th at 2pm join me to learn two Christmas classics, Jolly Old St Nicholas and Silent Night. Here’s how to do it: Register with me by email and I’ll send you the link for the Zoom meeting. Click the link at 2pm on Saturday and you’ll be entered into the meeting. I’ll also send you a very simple, easy to read chart for the songs by email ahead of the class so you’ll have everything you need to be prepared. You don’t have to read music to participate in these meetings! I’ll send emails announcing more lesson/meetings coming up and the songs that we’ll cover. You can also request one on one lessons and focus on a song you’ve been wanting to learn but need a little help with. A few spots still available for this wonderful fundraising event! Grace Stumberg is a singer/songwriter based out of Buffalo NY. For the past 8 years she has been the "Co-Singer" of folk legend Joan Baez, singing on stages all over the world. Grace's original material is raw, soulful, and organic. She has opened for a variety of national artists including The Indigo Girls, Josh Ritter, Rusted Root, Chastity Brown and Sean Rowe. Her band includes the powerful and dynamic rhythm section of Josh English on drums and Dylan Hund on Bass. She also has another "Grace" playing with her: Grace Lougen.
