Dear Food Pantry Clients, We are setting up some new guidelines for Food Pantry Pick up. For our currently registered clients... 1) Please print your last name,first name that your are registered under on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper Make it as large & as bold as possible write the size of your family Sample: Smith, John 5 Clearly display this in your passenger side window of your car. 2) Enter the church parking lot (entrance closest to Mason Funeral Home) Please drive slowly 3) Pull up to the first cone. 4) STAY IN YOUR CAR 5) worker will check you in and direct you to your next stop - Please drive slowly 6) You will proceed down the alley on the left side of the church where you will be directed to stop. 7) Workers will carry up and place bag(s) in your car - DO NOT GET OUT OF YOUR CAR 1 bag for 1 - 2 people 2 bags for 3 - 4 people 3 bags for 5+ people 8) Exit the church alleyway with caution onto Main Street. Please drive slowly. We suggest that you only make a right hand turn. *** IF YOU DO NOT DRIVE Follow the same process but remain your distance when you check in and pick up your food. +++++If you are not a currently registered food pantry client: 1) call or email the church office (326-3243 [email protected] - subject - Food Pantry Sign up) please be prepared to give us: your name, address, phone number, names of all individuals in your household and date of birth. later we will verify income but for now everything is done either by email or phone call. Once registered, you would follow the same directions listed above. If you have any questions, please contact the church office by phone or email or you can contact us via Facebook private message Our hours as of right now will be on Tuesday from 1 - 2:30. We are truly blessed to host Rural Ministries for another great Community Service! We are pleased to announce another meat giveaway this Sunday, February 7! we will start at noon and run till the supply is gone! we look forward to seeing you! Today until 2 pm

Chautauqua County Rural Ministry received a grant from Nourish NY and will be holding a meat distribution on Sunday January 17, 2021 from noon to GONE at the We...stfield Moose Lodge parking lot. This will be a drive through event...enter via Clinton Street and volunteers will give each car a bag. This event is open to the public. See more
WACS will be offering meals for children during our planned Winter Recess (December 23- Jan 3). If you would like to participate in the meal program over the W...inter Recess, please fill out the survey linked below. Any child, 18 and under, qualifies for free meals provided by the school district. Pick up will be on Tuesday, December 22nd between 11am and 1pm at the cafeteria pick-up window. Please be prepared as this will be breakfast and lunch for December 23-January 3. Any questions please call 326-2151 and speak to Heather Myers, Food Service Director. National Fuel Conservation Kits are now available. They can be picked up during Food Pantry pick up (Tuesdays from 1 - 2:30pm) or Community Kitchen Meal Pick up ( M & F from 11:30am - 12:30pm and W from 4:30 - 5:30pm). These kits are FREE to anyone in the community and include: foam electrical outlet sealers, weatherstripping, window insulation shrink kit, heat and air deflector and a can of Great stuff window and door insulating foam sealant.

If you would like to apply for HEAP, you can do so in a few ways: you can call SILC ( 716 661 3010 ) and Judy will help you complete ...the application, you can apply online at https://mybenefits.ny.gov/mybenefits/begin, or you can call your local HEAP office and ask for assistance ( 716 753 4385 ).
