Genesis 17 is the third time that God's covenant with Abraham is revealed. And this time, like before we are given more information about the covenant with Abraham, the purpose, sign, means, and cost, which is pointing us to Jesus Christ. As the fulfillment of God's promises to Abraham and by faith in Jesus we are heirs to God's promises to Abraham.

In Genesis 16, God records for us a foolish plan of Abram, Sarai, and Hagar to deliver by their means the promised offspring of God. Yet why would God record for us the foolishness of their sin? We explore that question this morning and find that the foolishness of sin in this story leads us to the wisdom of God expressed though an offspring. That we may hear, believe, and live in the wisdom of God revealed in Jesus Christ.

Genesis 15 is one the most iconic points in the life of Abram. It is where God establishes his covenant with Abram to uphold and deliver upon his promise, that his offspring shall inherit the land. But does this covenant pertain to us today? And if so how? Join us in Genesis 15 as we hear the word of God, believe the word of God, that we might live obedient to the word of God.

Genesis 14 depicts the story of Abram who goes into battle for the sake of the undeserving. And what follows the battle is a blessing from the kings to God the Most High for the victory that he gave to Abram. In this battle and blessing we see multiple pictures of a greater Abram and a greater High Priest of God, as we remember God has given his Chosen the victory, that those chosen in him might be blessed with worship unto God.

As we have followed the story of Abram, we have seen the high and low of his faith. From his faith to abandon his life to follow after God, to his lack of faith to abandon God and seek his own life in Egypt. And in Genesis 13:2-18 God reveals for the first time, what it looks like to be restored by God's grace from our sin. That we may be reminded that God has restored us by his grace, that we may dwell in his presence, his righteousness, and his promise forever.

Genesis 12 begins with the reveal of the iconic faith of Abram. A man who left his country, kindred, and home to follow after God. But quickly his faith is tested when a famine consumes the land he was called to dwell. It is here in Genesis 12:10-13:1, that God reveals himself faithful, despite the faithlessness of his people.

In Luke 1:67-79, Zechariah the father of John the Baptist, declares a blessing to God, for his promise, purpose, and power delivered to his people. Join us as we celebrate this Christmas season with the song of Zechariah.

This Christmas season we begin looking at the "Songs of Christmas" found in Luke 1 & 2. This morning we hear Mary's Song, which gives us an understanding to what Christmas is all about.

As we conclude Paul's letter to the Corinthian Church, chapter 16 is written as a final commission to the church. That because of the assurance of the resurrection in Jesus Christ, therefore labor for his kingdom. Join us as we explore how we are to labor in the assurance of the resurrection.

This morning we finish up Paul's argument on the resurrection by looking at the mystery of it as well the assurance that the believer can have in it. That though the our resurrection remains a mystery, we can be assured of the victory provided in the resurrection of Jesus.
