A successful Direct Support Professional will ensure that all people we support are respected as individuals, empowered to make choices, and are assisted to learn the skills they need to engage in their communities and be productive in their lives. The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma (or GED), a clean and valid driver's license, and must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
